Get Involved
We are a new organization with few resources and no paid staff, so we operate informally. We welcome new members to our committee, especially if you have knowledge about rural land purchasing, or skills in clerical work, computers, graphic design, bookkeeping, real estate or land trust law, mapping, grant writing--well just about anything, but mostly a strong desire to conserve wildlife habitat and open space.
We meet in Stockton the second Friday of each month and all our meetings are open. If you would like to join us, or want more information, contact: friends@waldoconservancy.org
Donations Needed
THE EASIEST WAY TO GET INVOLVED is through financial contributions for land purchase, or donations of land, or funds for postage, supplies, printing, etc. While we complete certification for non-profit 502 (c) (3) status, The Rose Foundation serves as our fiscal sponsor so that donations qualify for tax deductions.
